Horzen Health is seeking a detail-oriented and
organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating,
and maintaining company data while ensuring the integrity and
confidentiality of all records. This role requires strong attention
to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases
and internal systems. Review source documents for accuracy and
completeness before data entry. Verify, correct, and reconcile data
discrepancies and inconsistencies. Maintain master data, records,
invoices, and other business documentation. Process high volumes of
data while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Generate reports
and prepare documentation as requested by management. Coordinate
with internal departments to verify information and resolve
data-related issues. Monitor database accuracy and identify
opportunities for process improvements. Organize, file, and




maintain electronic records in accordance with company policies.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company
information. Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines
while maintaining quality standards. Perform additional
administrative and data management duties as assigned.
Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, administrative
support, or office operations preferred. Excellent typing skills
with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience
using databases, CRM systems, or ERP software is an advantage.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle
confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Skills Fast and accurate typing skills.
