Position Summary




The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy, acquiring new business, managing key client relationships, mentoring the Business Development team, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue and growth targets.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and play a pivotal role in expanding RSR Global's presence across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
- Identify new business opportunities across recruitment, immigration, education, training, franchise development, and international workforce solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with employers, hospitals, healthcare providers, hospitality groups, educational institutions, government organisations, and corporate clients.
- Expand RSR Global's client portfolio across domestic and international markets.
