Ensure the oorganisation's values are lived daily, not just articulated—across hiring, onboarding, leadership behaviour, and performance systems. Design rituals, practices, and communication that reinforce unity across hierarchy and geography. 2. Transformational Leadership Lead HR as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, shaping long-term organisational evolution. Build leadership capability across the organisation through coaching, mentoring, and values-aligned development pathways. Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous learning. 3. Talent Strategy and Development Oversee end-to-end talent management:



recruitment, development, succession planning, and retention. Create pathways for artisans, grassroots leaders, and young professionals to grow meaningfully within the organisation. Strengthen diversity, inclusion, and equitable prospect across all levels. 4. HR Systems, Processes & Governance Build robust, transparent, and compassionate HR systems that balance rigour with humanity. Ensure compliance with labour laws, ethical standards, and the organisation's commitment to dignity and fairness. Implement data-driven HR practices while preserving the organisation's human touch. 5. Employee Well-Being & Community Flourishing Support and liaison with the head of the department of holistic wellbeing—emotional, physical, social, and economic—across their ecosystem.
