Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers

As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role
in ensuring the productive and safe operation of our airport. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas - Handle baggage and
cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft - Conduct
security checks and follow safety protocols - Provide information
and assistance to passengers, including flight schedules, boarding
procedures,
and baggage allowances - Assist passengers with special
needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals - Coordinate with
other airport departments to ensure smooth operations - Handle and
resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and
timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere
to all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation
regulations Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and
able to lift heavy objects - Basic computer skills - Willingness to
work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must be a
team player with a positive attitude - No prior experience in the
aviation industry is required, as training will be provided
