Role Overview

The Head – Design & Product Innovation will lead the Design and Product Innovation function at HDFC Securities, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Products. The role is responsible for defining the organisation's design vision, driving customer-centric innovation,



and building differentiated digital experiences across all products and platforms.

The incumbent will lead multidisciplinary teams comprising UI Designers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Product Innovation professionals while working closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Data, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Define and drive the overall Design and Product Innovation strategy aligned with the organisation's business vision, while fostering a culture of customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous innovation.
● Lead, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary teams comprising UI Designers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Product Innovation professionals, establishing best practices, design governance, and scalable design systems.
● Champion customer research, usability testing, analytics, and mark
