of Airport Ground Staff for fresher's to join our team in
Pathankot, Punjab. As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be
responsible for assisting with the efficient and safe handling of
passengers and their baggage at the airport. You will play a
crucial role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our
customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at
check-in counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates -
Handle check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes,
checking passports, and collecting baggage fees - Ensure compliance
with airline and airport security procedures - Assist passengers
with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly
passengers, and passengers with disabilities - Handle lost and
found items and assist with baggage claim procedures - Provide
information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and cancellations - Handle customer inquiries
and complaints in a skilled and courteous manner - Collaborate
with other airport staff, including ground crew, cabin crew, and
air traffic controllers, to ensure a smooth operation - Maintain a
clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all safety
and security regulations at the airport - Perform any other duties
as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications: - High
school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
