Job Title: Project Manager (English Communication is Mandatory) Location: Pune/Nashik Experience: 8-15 Years Construction: Industry Salary Range : Negotiable Employment Type: Full time PF/ESIC: Yes Key Responsibilities: 1- Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish. 2- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. 3- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings. 4-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution. 5-Should have Knowledge of MEP work execution & Billing. 6-Enforce HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality on site. 7-Monitor progress, quality, safety,



and cost control at all project stages 8- Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to resolve technical issues 9- Maintain project documentation, including DPRs, billing, and BOQs 10- Ensure timely approvals, material procurement, and compliance with regulatory norms. 11-Report project status to management and stakeholders at regular intervals. 12- Supervision project work from Civil stage at commencement to commissioning. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)/ B.E. Civil Engineering. Experience: 8–12 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE): 12–15 years of experience (minimize at least 2–3 years of experience on industrial construction projects) Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning tools, and quality standards.
