The Senior AI Builder will work directly with the Founder & CEO to design, build, and iterate on the automations and AI agents that will power client operations, internal workflows, and eventually a proprietary platform. This is not a theoretical or strategy-only role. The ideal candidate writes real code, ships working agents, and takes pride in building things that hold up in production. They understand how a gym front desk works, how a med spa onboards a patient, and how a wellness business owner thinks — and they build AI infrastructure that reflects that operational reality.
