- Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of platform features.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and matching them with relevant product features.
