Job DescriptionAn After Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing after-sales support, warranty services, and customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand business. The role involves coordinating service requests, handling warranty claims, supporting customers with technical queries, maintaining service records, and promoting the organization's products and services to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding after-sales support and warranty-related queries.
- Coordinate warranty claims, product repairs, replacements, and service requests in accordance with company policies.
- Track and monitor service tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, service reports, customer interactions, and product history.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure prompt service delivery.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers after product delivery and service completion.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products, upgrades, accessories, or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), where applicable.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Assist the Business Development team by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents in coordination with the sales team.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in After Sales, Customer Support, Warranty Management, Bus
