Job Summary The Head – Operations will be responsible for the organization's overall operational performance, including manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics, warehouse management, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands a hands-on leader with robust business acumen, operational expertise, and a proven track record in managing manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and manage end-to-end operations across manufacturing plants and support functions. Develop operational strategies aligned with the company's business goals and growth plans. Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Projects. Manufacturing & Production Oversee production planning and execution to achieve output, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Improve plant productivity, capacity utilization,



and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Ensure timely completion of production schedules while maintaining product quality. Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives across operations. Supply Chain & Procurement Optimize procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations. Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and components. Improve inventory turnover while minimizing excess stock and stock-outs. Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance. Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Lead quality improvement programs and root cause analysis for operational issues. Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce defects and rework.
