About the Role
This is our first dedicated client servicing hire — you'll own the relationship layer between our global client base and production team. You'll handle a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, working directly with senior leadership and getting real visibility into how a growing studio runs.

Client Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, building robust, long-term relationships




- Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts — new services, additional projects, larger scopes
- Maintain accurate records of client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals

Project Coordination
- Run daily checks on every client's work status, timelines, and deliverables so nothing slips.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and operations to keep workflow moving smoothly
- Translate client requirements, feedback, and revisions clearly to internal teams — and internal constraints clearly back to clients.

What You Bring
- 6 months–2 years in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory , as you'll be communicating with clients across the globe.
- Proven ability to build trust and retain clients
