a friendly and customer-oriented Ground Hostess to join our team.
As a Ground Hostess, you will be responsible for providing
excellent service to our clients and ensuring their comfort and
safety during their time at the airport. This is a full-time
position, and we welcome both freshers and experienced candidates
to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers as
they arrive at the airport - Assist passengers with check-in and
boarding processes - Provide information and assistance to
passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant
information - Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a
professional and courteous manner - Ensure the safety and comfort
of passengers during their time at the airport - Coordinate with
other airport staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist passengers
with baggage and other items as needed - Maintain a clean and
organized airport environment - Adhere to all safety and security
procedures at all times - Handle any emergency situations that may
arise with calm and efficiency - Continuously update knowledge of
airport regulations and procedures Requirements: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills -
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations -
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not
required - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including
weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift
