About Children First:
Children First is a renowned Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service with over 15 years of experience providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children, adolescents, and young adults up to the 25yrs. Founded by Dr. Amit Sen, Dr. Shelja Sen, and Dr. Kavita Arora, our multidisciplinary team of committed, empathetic, and skilled professionals has grown to include experts in various areas of child and adolescent mental health. Qualifications:
We welcome applications from experienced psychologists who have worked extensively with child, adolescents and families in clinical settings.

Essential:
• MA in Clinical Psychology
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification clinical experience

Preferred:
• M.Phil. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (with RCI registration preferred)




• Experience in multidisciplinary child and adolescent mental health services

Job Requirements:
The clinician will play an active role in delivering high-quality clinical care while contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the organization
1. Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct intakes- first session consultations
Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy for child, adolescents and young adults (typically between 7-25 years)
Conducting comprehensive cognitive/psychoeducational assessments
Contribute to training programmes, workshops and community outreach initiatives
Supervise early-career psychologists (based on experience)
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
