Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially strong Commercial Project Manager to take complete ownership of commercial interior and turnkey projects from project kickoff through final handover. The role will manage project execution, client coordination, procurement, vendors, costing, billing, collections, project P&L;, profitability, quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
● Take end-to-end ownership of assigned commercial interior / fit-out projects.
● Establish project timelines, budgets, resources and execution plans.
● Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
● Coordinate design, procurement, factory, logistics, vendors and site teams.





Commercial & Cost Management
● Review BOQs, quantities, estimates, costing and rate analysis.
● Prepare vendor comparisons and negotiate commercial terms.
● Track Budget vs Actual Cost and protect project gross margins.
● Forecast cost-to-complete and identify commercial risks early.
● Prevent cost overruns, wastage and commercial leakage.

Client Management
● Act as the primary project-level point of contact for clients.
● Conduct project reviews and communicate timelines, milestones and dependencies.
● Manage approvals, variations, escalations and client expectations.
● Build strong and qualified client relationships.

Procurement & Vendor Management
● Plan project procurement and ensure timely material availability.
● Appoint, negotiate with and manage contractors and vendors.
● Monitor vendor performance, manpower, quality and delivery timelines.
