Role Description The Lead Generation Intern will support the business development team by identifying and qualifying new prospects, with a focus on organizations that can benefit from Consciento’s workforce and leadership solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets and companies, compiling prospect lists, updating CRM records, and assisting in outreach campaigns via email, phone, and professional networks. The intern will collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine lead criteria, schedule introductory conversations, and track lead engagement. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, where the intern will work both from the office and remotely as business needs allow.
