About Mask TV
Mask TV is India's Family Entertainment OTT platform, available across Android, iOS, Smart TVs, Fire TV, and other connected devices. We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for someone who can help us build strategic partnerships, accelerate subscriber growth, and represent Mask TV in the market.
This is not a typical marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating partnerships, solving problems, and making things happen.
Your Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships
Identify and build partnerships with telecom companies, ISPs, device manufacturers, OEMs, and OTT aggregators.
Explore subscription bundling opportunities with telecom operators and digital service providers.
Build relationships with brands, payment companies, fintech platforms, and corporate partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive partnerships from first conversation to execution.
Agency & Growth Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with Meta, Google,



and performance marketing agencies.
Manage agency relationships and hold them accountable for agreed KPIs.
Work with agencies to improve subscriber acquisition, trial starts, and return on ad spend.
Continuously look for new growth opportunities and acquisition channels.
Business Development
Represent Mask TV in meetings with potential partners.
Generate new revenue and distribution opportunities.
Build long-term strategic relationships that increase subscribers and brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership launches.
Growth Strategy
Work directly with the Founder on growth initiatives.
Research competitors and identify new partnership opportunities.
Develop creative ideas to expand Mask TV's reach across India.
Track partnership performance and present weekly updates.
