To leverage HR expertise and technological fluency to identify and implement innovative solutions that streamline recruitment processes enhance candidate experience and attract top talent

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy Technology Analyze current talent acquisition strategies and workflows to identify areas for digital optimization
Recruitment Technology Implementation Research evaluate and recommend best in class recruitment technology solutions Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Candidate Relationship Management Systems CRM etc to enhance sourcing screening and candidate engagement Lead the implementation and integration of new technology tools within the Talent Acquisition function




Candidate Experience Champion Design and implement strategies to elevate the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process This could involve leveraging technology for personalized communication building an engaging employer brand online and streamlining application procedures
Change Management Collaborate with the HR Digital Transformation team to develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the Talent Acquisition function
Content Employer Branding Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling content that showcases the company's employer brand across online platforms

Experience
4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR function
Proven experience with recruiting technology ATS Online Job Boards etc

Skills
Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and best practices
Proficiency in project management methodologies Agile preferred
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
