The Wealth Management (WM) – Derivatives Operations team is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of Equity Derivatives. This includes processing complex trade types such as OTC Equity, Bonds, Index, Listed, and Exotic Options, as well as Swaps. The function is critical in ensuring trade accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless settlement processes to support the bank’s trading activities and client requirements.
Position Purpose
The Inputter / Analyst is responsible for the accurate entry, matching, and validation of derivative trade data. The role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of trade lifecycle events, ensuring that all transactions are correctly reflected in bank and client accounts. The Analyst provides essential support to the operational control framework by verifying confirmations, managing master databases, and assisting in the resolution of reconciliation breaks to mitigate operational risk.

Direct Responsibilities
Perform the accurate and timely processing of OTC Equity, Bond, Index, Listed, and Exotic Options, as well as Swap trades, ensuring seamless continuity even during public holidays.
Match, sort, and verify trade confirmations against daily trader blotters and confirmations received from Relationship Managers (RM) or Management Assistants (MA).
Ensure all trades are updated promptly and accurately within both bank and client accounts to maintain real-time position accuracy.
Review Transaction Supplements (TS) and long-form confirmations from counterparties; proactively monitor and follow up on any outstanding or non-received documentation.
Prepare manual confirmations for clients to ensure transparency and service excellence.
Systematically update and maintain the Master Database, specifically tracking new inceptions, maturities, and the receipt/acknowledgment
