Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the BFSI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in hardcore enterprise sales, with the ability to transition from acquiring customers to growing and expanding strategic relationships. This role is responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving account expansion, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer success. It requires exceptional stakeholder management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outstanding business outcomes.
Responsibilities
● Own and manage a portfolio of strategic BFSI accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
● Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion initiatives.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across client organizations.
● Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of business and operational concerns.
● Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
● Monitor account health, customer adoption, and business outcomes to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities.
● Conduct regular business reviews with customers and present value-driven insights.
● Maintain accurate account forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene.
Ideal Candidate
● 8–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management within B2B SaaS or BFSI.
● Prior hardcore enterprise sales experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of acquiring and growing large
