About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect – Hospitality Projects with experience in hospitality developments such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and other guest-focused commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in architectural design, CAD drafting, preparation of construction drawings, and project coordination, with the ability to support project teams throughout various stages of design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and detailed construction documents.
Assist senior architects in the design and execution of hospitality projects.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
Support project documentation, presentations, and reporting.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications and standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Solid command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.
Experience working on hospitality projects is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
Relevant experience in architectural drafting and design support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
