Job Summary
We are looking for a technical project manager with 6-10 years of experience for remote prospect in Koantek. Candidate should have good experience in cloud migration , data migration. As a Technical Project Manager you should possess:
Strong leadership and communication skills, be well-versed in project management methodologies, and have a solid understanding of technical concepts relevant to the projects you manage.
Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work under pressure are also crucial for success in this role.
Must have hands-on technical experience in executing technology solutions and be responsible for managing cloud data engagements end-to-end, and ensure the proposed plans are built, adheres to the timeline, budget and scope.
Your duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project.

Responsibilities:




Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create a detailed project plan that includes tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, timeline, resources, effort, assumptions, cost and other key project metrics.
Define and delegate tasks to the project teams of data engineers, data scientists, etc by defining a proper pyramid structure with clear understanding of team roles and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and proactively address issues. Implement effective project tracking and reporting mechanisms to provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Assemble and lead a cross-functional team of technical professionals. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
