Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete merchandising cycle for the bags category, from product concept and development to final delivery.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, quality, and vendors to ensure smooth product development.
Work closely with suppliers and factories for sampling, costing, negotiations, order placement, and production planning.
Prepare and maintain tech packs, product specifications, BOMs, costing sheets, sample trackers, and purchase orders.
Follow up on samples, approvals, production timelines, quality checks, and shipment schedules.
Analyze category performance, sales trends, stock levels, and customer feedback to support assortment and replenishment decisions.
Identify new vendors, materials, techniques, and product opportunities within the bags category.
Negotiate with vendors on pricing, MOQ, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial aspects.
Monitor production closely and proactively identify and resolve delays or quality issues.
Coordinate with the quality team to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.




Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly evaluate vendor performance.
Support seasonal launches and ensure timely execution of new collections.
Prepare regular reports on product development, order status, costing, production, and deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merc
