About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to lead the design, development, implementation, and operational support of enterprise Data & AI platforms. The ideal candidate will drive the delivery of scalable data products, up-to-date cloud data platforms, and enterprise analytics solutions while ensuring high availability, operational excellence, security, and cost optimization.

Lead the design, architecture, development,



and implementation of enterprise Data & AI platforms, products, and solutions to support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives.
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ELT workflows, data models, and cloud-native data architectures using Snowflake, dbt, Python, and modern data integration tools.
Build and integrate AI-enabled data solutions, including AI/ML pipelines, metadata automation, intelligent monitoring, and generative AI use cases to improve operational efficiency.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Data & AI platforms, including development, deployment, production support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement, ensuring SLA compliance and high platform availability.
Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities, performing root cause analysis (RCA), service restoration, and implementing preventive measures to improve platform reliability.
