About the Role
As Head - Sales & Key Accounts for Reliance Retail's Fashion & Lifestyle Exports business, you will own the global buyer relationships that drive the organisation's export revenue. Reporting to the Head - Fashion & Lifestyle Exports, you will build and manage relationships with international retailers, sourcing offices, brand accounts and distributors across priority geographies.
You will be accountable for order book growth, buyer and distributor retention, and country-wise revenue mix. That means negotiating annual volume programmes, managing RFQs, samples, pricing and contracts, and building country-level route-to-market strategies. You will appoint and manage distributors, monitor sell-through, and act decisively where performance falls short - all without disrupting the market.
You will work closely with Category Management, Marketing and Supply Chain & Trade Compliance to convert relationships into sustained, profitable revenue,



and coordinate with Marketing on brand launches and cross-border commerce initiatives that support key account growth. This is a high-visibility, externally facing leadership role for someone who thrives on building and defending long-term global buyer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage global buyers, sourcing offices, retailers and brand accounts
Negotiate annual volume programmes; manage RFQs, samples, pricing and contracts
Build country-level route-to-market strategy and define channel mix by country
Appoint and manage distributors across priority geographies; monitor sell-through and address underperformance
Own order conversion, order book growth and repeat order rate
Own country-wise and account-wise revenue mix and margin
Coordinate with Marketing on international brand launch, trade marketing and cross-border commerce initiatives
Manage distributor and buyer onboarding, contract governance, and country concentration risk
