About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support complex SAP environments and deliver secure, stable, and compliant SAP solutions for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, S/4HANA, Fiori, and role-based authorization, along with the ability to work independently and interact confidently with customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC
Strong experience across ECC, BI, SRM and S/4HANA
Minimum 2 complete SAP Security and/or SAP GRC implementation project lifecycles
Strong understanding of SAP Authorization Concepts and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Hands-on experience managing SAP Security in S/4HANA




Knowledge of SAP Security tables and critical authorizations
Solid expertise in PFCG role maintenance
Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad Designer
Knowledge of Fiori catalogs, groups, OData services, Web Dynpro and UI5 applications
Ability to work with the Fiori Apps Library
Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.0
Hands-on experience with ARA, EAM and ARM
Experience in GRC configuration and administration
Strong understanding of GRC troubleshooting, workflow customization and rule-set management
Experience creating security and GRC design documents in consultation with business teams
Experience overseeing testing and identifying security risks
Ability to design appropriate controls to mitigate identified risks
Experience with User ID maintenance, Security Role maintenance and Role Assignment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to communicate effectively wit
