Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated marketing skilled who can strengthen our business development engine by generating, enriching, and nurturing high‑quality B2B leads—both online and offline. This role includes generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects,



and managing key client accounts to drive growth and long-term partnerships. The Executive will collaborate with marketing and design teams to shape value propositions, prepare proposals, and support pitch presentations. This role supports our innovation, product design, and packaging development services by ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects and meaningful engagement across channels, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Daily responsibilities involve researching target markets, generating new leads, strategizing for outreach and nurturing, maintaining a structured pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reporting on business development activities. The role also includes building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the company at virtual events, and continuously seeking opportunities to expand market presence.
