Role Description The Freelance Sales Consultant (Commission-Based) will focus on identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for Synlumex AI. This full-time remote role involves engaging with HR teams, recruitment agencies,



and SaaS/enterprise clients to understand their hiring challenges and present Synlumex AI as a solution. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, running product demonstrations, managing a sales pipeline, and negotiating commission-based deals. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback, support onboarding of new clients, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Performance will be measured by revenue generated, qualified opportunities created, and successful long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Sales Consulting, including identifying opportunities and closing commission-based deals.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to present complex technology solutions clearly.
Background in Consulting, preferably in SaaS, HR
