Your Role And Responsibilities

About the Role

The CP charter keeps expanding, and we are looking for a strong engineer to help carry that growth forward. You will own meaningful, well-scoped parts of the roadmap - strengthening our quality gates, hardening security, improving release engineering,



or leveling up monitoring and management - and see your work through from design to production.

You will partner closely with senior engineers and adjacent teams, participate in customer on-call, and grow into the go-to expert for your area of the platform.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and operate services and tooling that support one or more parts of the CP charter (release engineering, readiness, deploy, security, or monitoring and management).
Own medium-to-large features end to end: design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.
Contribute to CP Readiness improvements - for example, automatically quarantining flaky tests, porting integration test infrastructure onto Kubernetes, or automating recent OS

certification.

Help scale CP Monitoring & Management to handle larger fleets of customer clusters with better performance.
Participate in CP on-call rotations, debugging a
