Exploring the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel with solid expertise in international commercial contracts, technology transactions,



and litigation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with US and EU laws and supporting global business teams across commercial negotiations, legal risk management, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution.

The role will work closely with business, sales, procurement, leadership, and external legal counsel to provide practical legal advice and support business growth while effectively managing legal and commercial risks.

How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibility

Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial contracts governed by US, EU, and other international laws.
Handle MSAs, SaaS Agreements, DaaS, DBaaS, Licensing Agreements, NDAs, DPAs, Vendor Contracts, Customer Contracts, and other commercial agreements.
Provide legal support for contracts related to Digital Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, Media Buying, Influencer Marketing, and A
