Job Description
PSYCHOLOGIST
As a Psychologist, you will work closely with our counselling and education teams to provide career counselling, psychological assessments, and guidance to students and parents. You will play a key role in helping students understand their strengths,



interests, abilities, and career options while working closely with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
This role provides an prospect to work in the field of educational and career counselling, conduct counselling sessions and assessments, engage with students and parents, and contribute to school-based counselling programs and career guidance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with students and provide appropriate guidance based on their interests, abilities, strengths, and career goals.
Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents and address their academic, career, and related concerns within the scope of professional expertise.
Administer and support the interpretation of psychometric, aptitude, personality, interest, and career assessment tools as applicable.
