Title: GIT - Application Support (Order to Cash Process)

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

We are looking for an Order to Invoice Functional Expert to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex issues and providing support for a wide range of production challenges within the Sales & Distribution and Transportation modules.



This role requires in-depth knowledge of EDI message types and IDOCs. The individual must excel in root cause analysis and be committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

Possess extensive knowledge of the End-to-End Sales & Distribution Process, including Transportation Management, gATP, Multiple plant Replenishment Scenarios
Strong business processes understanding & it’s correlation is mandatory
Deliver day to day application support including response to emergencies (24x7), sometimes working in shifts
Experience in configuring the entire Sales Order to Invoice process, including GATP, e-Invoicing, TM integration, and Material Substitution
Additional working knowledge of setting up pricing & rebates, output related to EDI, Print, mail process etc, condition records and should have the knowledge on how to design layouts
Regularly track progress and closure of issues while ensuring S
