Role Description The Area Sales Manager will oversee loan sales operations within the assigned territory, with a primary focus on expanding the customer base for personal, business, home, property-backed, and consumer loans. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori, requiring regular field visits, meetings with potential and existing customers, and collaboration with local partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting needs assessments, and guiding customers through loan application and approval processes. The Area Sales Manager will set and monitor sales targets, train and support sales team members, track market trends, and prepare regular performance reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high customer satisfaction.
