We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Executive (Full-Time, Remote)

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves influencer marketing—not someone who just sends outreach messages.
At Inggage, you'll work directly on campaigns for some of India's fastest-growing D2C and consumer brands. From discovering creators to negotiating deals and ensuring campaigns go live smoothly, you'll own campaigns end-to-end.
What You'll Be Doing
Finding creators across Instagram and YouTube that actually fit campaign goals.
Reaching out to creators and managing communication.
Negotiating rates while maintaining strong creator relationships.
Coordinating campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables.
Tracking content approvals and ensuring campaigns go live on time.
Managing campaign reports and performance tracking.
Building and maintaining a strong creator database.
Working closely with brands and internal team members to solve problems quickly.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing,



talent management, creator partnerships, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, and influencer marketing tools is a plus.
Bonus Points If You
Have existing relationships with creators or talent managers.
Understand influencer pricing and campaign metrics.
Enjoy negotiating and closing deals.
Stay updated with creator trends and social media culture.
