KRAs
Management
1 Ensuring effective application of company management systems, including but not exclusively work flow
protocols, security protocols, qualified communication
2 Ensuring professional administration and appropriate documentation of project work flow
3 Managing the project schedule to track progress with reference to delivery against key dates
4 Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
5 Perform risk management to minimize project risks
6 Managing client relationships to the quality of company policy
7 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, including the effective delivery of all requiredsite visits
8 Effectively manage all client communication,



including liasing between the client and factory on all production and deliveries
9 Co-ordination of all site works and visits with respect to measurement surveys, image documentation etc
10 Reporting to the Projects Director as per company policy
11 Ensuring adherence to all company protocols and procedures with respect to:
Design
Design, quality and company sensibility in the boundary on a given brief/design intent
Communication
External communication with stakeholders, clients, partnering parties
Technical
Inspections, reporting and recommendations
Finances
Supervising adhering to company protocols and procedure
