Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Atlassian Consultant with solid expertise in Jira administration, automation, and AI-driven solutions to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Atlassian platforms. The role requires hands-on experience across Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, combined with advanced automation, migration, and upgrade capabilities. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, lead initiatives, and mentor teams while driving efficiency through automation and AI.

What you will do:





Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence at an enterprise scale
Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, and reports aligned to business needs
Build and manage automation solutions using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), REST APIs, and webhooks
Lead Atlassian platform implementations, upgrades, and migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud, Cloud-to-Cloud)
Assess migration readiness, perform data cleanup, manage app compatibility, and validate post-migration outcomes
Implement and support Atlassian Marketplace apps and third-party integrations
Leverage Atlassian AI capabilities (e.g., Atlassian Intelligence/Rovo) to improve productivity, search, and reporting
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to admins and consultants; establish governance and best practices
Act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, translat
