Roles and responsibilities:
Mindstix is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our growing engineering team.



The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development within complex enterprise environments and a strong understanding of scalable application architecture and platform best practices.

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Build and optimize Apex triggers, controllers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing solutions.
Develop reusable and maintainable Lightning Web Components with clear component hierarchies and event-driven communication patterns.
Design and implement automation strategies using Flows and Apex while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
