Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership
Lead and manage a portfolio of complex IT projects and strategic programs across Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Data Analytics, AI, and IT Operations.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, business requirements, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics.
Drive program execution and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget,



and aligned with business objectives.
Establish and manage short-term and long-term program roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
Prioritize project and program activities based on business value, risk, and organizational capacity.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, application teams, and operations teams to align project goals and execution strategies.
Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution discussions.
Communicate program vision, status updates, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Support the development of business cases, investment justifications, and executive presentations.
Delivery Management
Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams across multiple geographies.
