AI assistants have become the broker of expert knowledge. When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Gemini the question that used to send them to a research firm, a ratings house or a specialist advisory, something gets cited, and it is usually not the firm with the deepest expertise.
The standard advice for AI visibility is to publish more and expose more. That is advice a knowledge business cannot take, because the knowledge is the product.
Delphic fixes this. We map the questions a firm's buyers actually ask, measure who wins them today, and engineer the firm into the cited answer while disclosing as little as possible.
The timing is the argument. AI-mediated discovery is about two years old, and the capital pouring in chases tools that maximise exposure for marketing teams. The segment where exposure is self-defeating is unoccupied, and it will not stay that way. The method is documented end to end, the measurement instrument runs in production,
and engagements are running. What the venture needs now is its founder.
The role
You own the company: majority equity, founder and chief executive, with the studio as a minority partner that backs you rather than runs you. You build the team and make the first hires. You raise the seed and everything after it. You sell at partner level to senior buyers inside expert-knowledge firms, opening with a measured diagnostic of their own citation gaps rather than a pitch. And you set the direction: where this starts is one wedge into one market, and where it ends is your call.
