We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help build our commercial presence in Kuwait from the ground up, with a genuine path to a leadership role as the business scales.
The Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will own recent client acquisition for TechMonarch Kuwait — identifying, engaging, and closing B2B deals across our Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Consulting portfolio. You'll work closely with our technical delivery team and leadership to shape our go-to-market approach in Kuwait and build the foundation of our local client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across Kuwait's SME and mid-market segment
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients for managed IT, cybersecurity, and consulting services
Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and closing
