Role Description: This full time, on-site Regional Manager role is based in Hyderabad and covers operations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Regional Manager will oversee sales performance, distributor and dealer networks, and key customer relationships in the region.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and guiding sales teams, monitoring market trends, developing territory-specific strategies, and ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets. The role involves regular visits to clients, project sites, and channel partners, coordinating with internal departments on pricing, logistics, and product availability. The Regional Manager will also handle reporting, forecasting, and follow-up on leads and inquiries, while promoting Universal Quartz products through presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications
Strong regional sales and business development skills, including territory management and key account handling.
Experience in channel management, distributor and dealer network development, and relationship management.
Knowledge of building materials, engineered stone, or related construction/interior products markets
