Brief Job Description:
PCB and Electrical schematic and harness Drawing Engineer

PCB designer for Xpedition PCB software and PADS PCB software :-Proficiency
and work experience is required for schematics, layout, Gerber generation, new
component generation. Electrical schematics and Harness in Auto CAD
Proficiency and work experience in AutoCAD

Core Work- [1] PCB Shematic, PCB Layout, Gerber genration, Netlisting, PCBA BOM
[2] Electrical Schemtics and Harness Drawings in AutoCAD

PCB details :- Single sided , double sided, Min 2 layers to 6 layers ,
Components – Through hole / SMD / TH and SMD mix

For PCB -- Xpedition PCB software Version VX2.5

1. Schematic à Dx Designer VX2.5
2. Layout à Xpedition Layout VX2.5
3. Library à Xpedition Library Manager VX2.5
4. Simulationà Xpedition AMS

For PCB -- PADS software

1. Schematic à PADS schematic 9.2 version
2. Layout à PADS Layout 9.2 version
3. Library à inbuilt in PADS

Along with that DFM, DFT & IPC standard knowledge is key.

Knowledge of PCB BOM with components like ICs, resistors, capacitors,
transistors, crystals,



Microcontrollers, DSPs, connectors, links, etc

Drawing of Electrical schematics in AutoCAD , Drawing of Electrical Harness
drawings in AutoCAD , Control Harness, Power Harness , FRC

Qualifications:

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

* Diploma or BE in Electronics & Telecom or BE in Industrial Electronics

Additional Knowledge requirement

* BOM in ERP systems (ERP systems like ORACLE / SAP)

Physical & Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing
jobs.)
