We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience who can independently manage Meta Ads and performance marketing operations end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who understands D2C/e-commerce growth, is highly analytical, and can take complete ownership of campaigns — from strategy and setup to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

What You’ll Do:
Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
Plan campaign strategies based on business and revenue goals
Set up, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend
Build and test audiences, targeting strategies, and retargeting funnels
Track and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CPR, ROAS, conversions, and revenue




Analyze campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct creative testing and identify winning ads, hooks, formats, and messaging
Coordinate closely with the creative team for ad requirements and performance-driven creatives
Maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets
Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and profitability
Take complete ownership of performance marketing targets and results

We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing and scaling paid campaigns independently
Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CPR, ROAS, CAC, conversions, and other performance metrics
Valuable understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and customer acquisition
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
