Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with Automotive or Manufacturing domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirement analysis, detailing and fit gap analysis
• Prepare functional design and requirement documentation
• Work on Dealer Management and Order Management processes
• Perform functional testing based on business requirements
• Conduct UAT with business users and provide user training
• Work closely with business users, technical teams and stakeholders
• Lead and manage requirement gathering activities




• Assess the impact of requirement changes and ensure appropriate stakeholder approvals
• Support Sales and Service Management processes
Mandatory Skills
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Salesforce experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Mandatory Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
• Valuable understanding of Dealer Management and Order Management
• Basic Salesforce Administration knowledge
• Experience in Requirement Analysis and Fit Gap Analysis
• Experience in Functional Design Documentation
• Hands-on experience in UAT and functional testing
• Strong stakeholder and business user management skills
• Good communication and analytical skills
