What you’ll do:
Source and hire IT talent across technologies
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle
Identify and engage potential clients for IT staffing/services
Pitch solutions, and close deals
Build long‑term client relationships
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2+ years of IT recruitment & IT sales experience
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, results‑driven approach.
