About the Role
As Head – Marketing for Reliance Jewels, you will own the brand — building consideration, driving customer acquisition, store footfalls and repeat business across every market and channel the brand plays in. Reporting to the Head – Jewels, you'll set the marketing strategy, brand positioning and communication architecture, and lead everything from ATL and digital to CRM, regional marketing and visual merchandising.
You'll build the integrated annual marketing calendar — aligning product launches, festivals, weddings and key jewellery occasions with mass-media campaigns, digital performance marketing and in-store visual merchandising, so every campaign lands as one consistent brand experience. You'll drive customer acquisition and engagement through sharper digital targeting and campaign optimisation, and own the media planning and analytics that tell you what's working and where to reinvest.




You'll shape the customer experience and CRM strategy end-to-end — from acquisition through purchase to post-purchase engagement and loyalty — using customer and transaction insight to personalise communication and build repeat business. Regionally, you'll enable stores and local teams with campaigns and activations that reflect local customer preferences and cultural occasions.
Working closely with Revenue & Merchandising, Operations, Store Expansion, E-commerce and Finance, you'll also govern marketing budgets, agency relationships and campaign compliance, while building a high-performing marketing organisation across brand, digital, analytics, CRM, regional marketing and visual merchandising.
