The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and curious Water Professional to support the delivery of ongoing and upcoming water infrastructure projects, including water supply, stormwater, and wastewater systems across the region, while also supporting UKIMEA projects. The role involves contributing to flood risk management, hydraulics, hydrology, and clean water modelling, with opportunities to expand into other technical areas. The individual will provide technical input ranging from strategy and policy advisory services to master planning, feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, and project implementation. Solid local market knowledge,
along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across UKIMEA, is essential. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the local business, supporting current projects, delivering work under existing regional frameworks such as the Environment Agency, and identifying future opportunities. The role also includes project coordination, technical leadership, and people management responsibilities to help grow and strengthen Arup’s water business in the region.
