About the Role:
We are looking for a Security Tool Management Specialist who will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of a broad portfolio of cybersecurity, GRC, and data-security platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across vulnerability management, XDR/SIEM, GRC/risk platforms, data governance, PAM, and endpoint security tools, and will play a key role in strengthening the organization's overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the organization's security tool stack to ensure optimal performance and coverage.
Monitor, tune, and optimize security tools to reduce false positives and improve detection/response efficiency.
Manage vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting across the environment.
Configure and maintain GRC workflows, risk registers, and compliance dashboards.
Manage data governance,



classification, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
Administer privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including credential vaulting and session management.
Oversee endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR) tool configuration, policy tuning, and incident triage.
Manage email/phishing security and threat protection solutions.
Support integration between security tools (SIEM/XDR correlation, log ingestion, API integrations).
Collaborate with SOC, IT, and compliance teams to ensure tools are aligned with organizational security policies and audit requirements.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership on tool performance, coverage gaps, and risk exposure.
Stay current with product updates, patches, and recent features across the tool stack, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
