What will you do?
As an ML Data Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Machine Learning (ML) team by preparing high-quality datasets that fuel model training and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for data extraction, annotation, and labelling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with defined SLAs. This position reports directly to the Senior ML Data Operations Manager.
Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for ML model training in alignment with project SLAs.
Perform data extraction, annotation, and labelling to enhance the quality of ambient notes and ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) outputs.
