Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies across relevant platforms.
Support the recruitment team in candidate follow-ups and offer coordination.
Participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring documentation.
Support other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.
